LIFE SURFING participates in the international event EU Water Innovation Conference 2019 (EUWIC 19) organized by the European Commission, which was held in Zaragoza from 11 to 13 December, 2019.

Within the framework of the # EUWIC19, the LIFE SURFING project organized a parallel meeting, called “Remediation of Lindane manufacturing waste”. It took place on December 11 from 10 – 13h at the Palacio de Congresos de Zaragoza.

The General Directorate of Climate Change and Environmental Education of the Department of Agriculture, Livestock and Environment of the Government of Aragon, coordinates the European project LIFE SURFING, being the Sociedad Aragonesa de Gestión Agroambiental S.L.U. (SARGA), the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), the University of Stuttgart and the International Association of HCH and Pesticides (IHPA), partners of the project. The LIFE SURFING partners presented this ambitious project to international experts in the fight against water pollution who attended the EUWIC.
